David Ashcraft - President and Founder of Ashcraft Mechanical Inc.
Mr. Ashcraft has over 35 years of construction management experience throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Mr. Ashcraft provides overall leadership for the company and places emphasis on business development and financial management. He holds a New Mexico State Journeyman license and studied at Eastern New Mexico University and the University of Albuquerque. Throughout his career, he has been active in helping to shape the commercial construction industry through federal and state policy development. As an active member of professional organizations such as the Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc., he has been instrumental in helping to define and meet the needs of the industry through the creation of apprentice training and other programs.

Tim Gormley - Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Gormley oversees the day to day operations of the company, serves as a project manager, and
provides business development support for the company. He has over 25 years of engineering, facilities
and operations management experience throughout the United States. Tim holds a BS degree in
Engineering from New Mexico State University and a MS in Environmental Management from the
University of Denver. His experience is guiding the company to respond to the demand for "Green
Building" through LEEDS and other programs.

Greg Lichtenberger - VP/Project Manager
As a Master Journeyman, Mr. Lichtenberger provides technical oversight and troubleshooting for complex mechanical systems and applications. He serves as a Superintendent on major jobs and provides on the job training for Forman and skilled employees. Mr. Lichtenberger has 27 years of experience in the mechanical construction field. He has been a licensed journeyman since 1973 and holds a Master Mechanical License since 1982. He has served as an instructor for journeyman apprentice programs.

Randy Lockwood - Project Manager
Mr. Lockwood has over 25 years experience in the construction industry specializing in mechanical systems installation and maintenance. Mr. Lockwood oversees field construction projects and is the lead on Ashcraft Service operations. He provides strong management and leadership skills throughout Ashcraft having owned his own mechanical contracting business.

Steve McDaniel - Chief Estimator
Mr. McDaniel oversees all estimating for Ashcraft Mechanical Inc. and assists with design aspects of
Design/Build related projects. Mr. McDaniel's experience stems from years of experience in owning his
own plumbing business and specializing in plumbing and piping applications. He is a member of the
International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials.

Ms. Bonham has responsibility for the Accounting Department at Ashcraft Mechanical Inc. overseeing accounts receivables, accounts payable, payroll, and taxes. Ms. Bonham has been in the accounting and bookkeeping field for 25 years and has been with Ashcraft Mechanical Inc. since 2004.
